Hi, I’m Emma-Louise, founder of Zilch - Zero Waste.

Zilch began at home, with my family and a growing frustration at how hard it was to shop without plastic. Even when we tried our best, single-use and hidden plastics were everywhere. It became clear that if we wanted things to change, we needed to be part of that change ourselves.

 

Zilch exists to make low-waste living simpler, more accessible, and genuinely practical. Our mission is to rethink the way we shop - choosing reuse over waste, quality over convenience, and making everyday swaps that have a real, positive impact on our planet.

We’re proud to be both an online store and a zero-waste refill shop in Tonbridge on Barden Road.

 

At Zilch you’ll find sustainable, reusable essentials with no unnecessary packaging. Wherever possible, we prioritise plastic-free, locally made, and organic products - items that work well, last longer, and do less harm.
